Your satisfaction matters to me. That’s why our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to ensure the best shopping experience possible.
Every piece in our shop is made to order, crafted with care just for you. This means each item is unique, high-quality, and produced responsibly.
We want you to love your order, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll happily replace it or issue a full refund. Please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Change of Mind
Since every item is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange for store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production begins and we’re unable to cancel.
We craft every order with care and attention to detail, and we hope you enjoy your piece as much as we enjoyed creating it for you!
Custom & Personalized Items Because these items are made especially for you, refunds and returns are not available.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship it to the address provided.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days using your original payment method.
