US Shipping
- Flat Rate: $8 per order
- Free Shipping: On all domestic US orders over $118
🌍 International Shipping
Where We Ship We currently ship to most countries (available options are shown at checkout). If your country isn’t listed, please contact us — we’ll do our best to add it.
Production Time
- All items are made to order.
- Standard production: 2–5 business days before shipping.
- Personalized/custom products: add 2 extra business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
📦 Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by your country’s customs office.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs/VAT charges.
- We cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue shipments.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we can usually refund the product cost once it is returned to us, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔎 Tracking
- Most international orders include tracking.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
- In some destinations, tracking may be limited once the package enters the local postal system.
🚚 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment:
- Contact us at yehudit@gmail.com with your order number.
- If damaged, please include photos.
- We’ll work with our print partner to replace defective or lost items.
